Laundry Renovations

Laundries are becoming more and more stylish. Consider whether you would like to update yours when renovating the home. From new splash backs, tiled floors or bamboo benchtops RGH Home Improvements can give your tired laundry a new lease on life.

Bathroom Renovations

A freestanding bath or maybe a double shower? There is no reason we cannot transform your existing bathroom into five star luxury. Whether a small, medium or large size bathroom, we can assist in planning the ideal position of facilities to maximise the use of your space and help select fittings for your chosen bathroom style.

A bathroom is one of the most traffic heavy rooms in the house. A timely, well planned renovation means the least amount of disruptions to your family life. Step one is to finalise the layout, to take and triple check all measurements. Step two is to order all required materials, fittings, bath, toilet, vanities to ensure everything is readily available prior to demolition of the existing space. From this point the renovation will take, on average, two weeks.

Major Renovations

Home renovations is a commonly used term throughout the building industry. A renovation just means making home improvements to your existing residence (your house). Major renovations means if you would like to move a wall or relocate a doorway in a way that will affect the structural integrity* of the home. Not all walls are load bearing, when choosing to create new internal open spaces we carefully assess the feasibility based on the structure, layout and build of your home for the best solution.

* Some home renovations, if they affect the structural integrity of the home will require permits and engineering drawings, based on the legislation effective 1 July 2017.
